If you select the property valuer or the property valuation company not included in the list of property valuers, who signed the cooperation agreement with us, we will perform an assessment of such property valuer selected by you on an individual basis.

Assessment may take 20 days.

Additional information to the property valuer or to the unlisted property valuation company

To assess whether you are acceptable to us, we kindly request you to provide the below data:

• your activity review including:
  - list of property valuers and assistant valuers, indicating the number of their qualification certificates, date of issue, place of employment (city and bureau), and to specify whether it is a full-time job;
  - total number of the property valuation reports issued by you (for two recent years and the current year) and the number of real estate valuations for pledge purposes;
• copy of the civil liability insurance policy;
• samples of the valuation reports (the residential real estate – samples of the valuation reports of an apartment, a private dwelling house, a dwelling house under construction, establishing market value of the real estate to be pledged/pledged, not including any confidential data of private individuals
• copy of the recent (primary and subsequent, if any) scheduled inspection of the property valuation report performed by the Authority of Audit, Accounting, Property Valuation or Insolvency Administration.
